Teepeez N Sleepeez offer luxury themed sleepover parties, perfect for any occasion. Catering for both boys and girls of ages 6-16, we’re sure to have a theme to suit everyone! If however, you would like a bespoke package then of course we will try to cater for this dependant on choice of theme.

Our aim is to take the hassle and stress out of party organising by staging and styling your sleepover party in the comfort of your own home and in turn we hope to create enchanting memories for your children that will last a lifetime.

Our sleepover package includes handmade teepees, air bed mattresses, bed linen, themed accessories and much more.

FAQS

HOW LONG DOES SET UP TAKE?

On average our parties take approx 1-2 hours to set up depending on size of party.

WHAT’S THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF TEEPEES I CAN HIRE? 

There is no limit on the amount of teepees you can hire, however we can only cater for up to 8 teepees per theme. Themes can be mixed.

WHAT AGE RANGE ARE THE TEEPEES SUITABLE FOR?

We cater for both boys and girls aged 6-16. 

DO I NEED  A POWER SUPPLY?

No. All of our fairy lights are battery operated. 

WHAT DO THE CHILDREN SLEEP ON? 

We provide single air bed mattresses along with mattress protectors. Pillows, pillow protectors, fitted sheets, duvets and covers are also supplied. All bedding is washed after each use using non- bio detergent.

WHAT AREAS DO YOU COVER? 

We offer free delivery within a 10 mile radius of Knaphill High Street. An additional charge of 85 pence per mile will be charged for parties outside of this.  

CAN THE TEEPEES BE USED FOR OUTSIDE?

No. The teepees are for indoor use only.

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?

Yes. We ask for a £75 deposit on completion of the booking form to secure a date for your party.  Remaining balance is then required 14 days prior to party date. 

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY PARTY?

Unfortunately cancellation of your party will result in the loss of the £75 deposit. However, we understand that things change unexpectedly, if this happens and you wish to amend your booking please get in touch with us ASAP.  Full details on our cancellation policy can be found in our Terms & Conditions. 

DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?

Yes. We have public liability insurance and have been DBS checked. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF ANY OF THE EQUIPMENT IS DAMAGED?

We understand accidents may happen, which is why we take a £75 security deposit, refundable up to 48 hours after the event. In the event of anything being damaged we will contact you to discuss. For further details please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

HOW MUCH SPACE DO I NEED?

Each teepee including mattress needs approx 120cm x 185cm. The breakfast tray/crate is usually placed at the end of the bed and measures 56cm x 36cm. If space is limited this can be placed on the end of the bed instead.
