WHAT AGE RANGE ARE THE BELL TENTS SUITABLE FOR?We cater for both children and adults for all types of occasions including birthdays, hen parties, baby showers and christenings.

DO I NEED A POWER SUPPLY?No. All of our fairy lights are battery operated.

CAN YOU PITCH ON ARTIFICIAL GRASS?No. The bell tent needs to be erected on firm flat grass area. We cannot erect tents on concrete, atrificial grass, decking or similar.

WHAT AREAS DO YOU COVER?We offer free delivery within a 10 mile radius of Aldershot. An additional charge of 85 pence per mile will be charged for parties outside of this.

WHAT IF IT RAINS ON THE DAY OF MY EVENT?Our Bell Tents are hardy and waterproof - unfortunately bell tent bookings cannot be postponed due to the rain. In the event of high winds or a storm we will move your booking to an alternative date.

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?Yes. We ask for a £100 deposit on completion of the booking form to secure a date for your party. Your booking will be provisionally held for 48 hours, if the deposit is not paid within that time your date will become available again. The remaining balance is then required 14 days prior to party date.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY PARTY?Unfortunately cancellation of your party will result in the loss of the £100 deposit. However, we understand that things change unexpectedly, if this happens and you wish to amend your booking please get in touch with us ASAP. WHAT HAPPENS IF ANY OF THE EQUIPMENT IS DAMAGED?We understand accidents may happen, which is why we take a £100 security deposit, refundable up to 48 hours after the event. In the event of anything being damaged we will contact you to discuss. For further details please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

HOW MUCH SPACE DO I NEED?We require at least 7m x 7m of flat grass area preferably away from any large trees or bushes and with good access.

WHAT SET UP OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?Our stunning bell tents can be hired during the day, overnight or both! More information can be found under the 'Bell Tent' section of the website.

HOW MANY GUESTS CAN SLEEP IN THE TENT?Up to a maximum of 8 sleepers can sleep comfortably in the 5m bell tent.

HOW LONG DOES SET UP TAKE?On average our parties take approx 1-3 hours to set up depending on size of party. Please ensure the area is clear before our arrival so we can start promptly.

DO YOU OFFER BESPOKE THEMES?Yes! We are more than happy to accommodate your needs and would be happy to discuss your ideas further. Just let us know what you have in mind and we'll do our best to make your vision a reality!

HOW LONG IS THE HIRE PERIOD?Day hire is usually for a maximum of 8 hours. We aim to set up by 11/12pm and collect around 7/8pm. Overnight hire is usually for a 24 hour period. Hire period can be extended subject to availability at an additional cost. Please mention at the time of booking.

DO YOU PROVIDE BALLOONS?No unfortunately not, we do however work with some very talented balloon artists and would be happy to give you our list of recommendations.
